RehabPros provides a full continuum of care including general outpatient therapy, long term care, home health care, acute, sub-acute and industrial rehabilitation.

Outpatient Services

RehabPros is pleased to provide outpatient physical rehabilitation services in over 20 locations across West Michigan. We offer a comprehensive collection of programs and services at most locations. RehabPros employs 25 McKenzie trained therapists; six of them have moved forward to certification.

We Strive to Be the Best!

RehabPros measures patient, physician, and client satisfaction. We ask our customers to complete a confidential survey (on site or by mail) that scores the delivery of care we provide. We ask up to 10 questions that can be scored from 1 to 5 (for patients) and 1 to 4 (for physicians and clients) with the higher number being most satisfied. We follow up with the patient, physician, or client, if they have provided their name and contact information. We want to deliver the best quality of care possible, so when an issue is brought forth, we see it as an opportunity to improve!

RehabPros’ satisfaction is consistently above our target score and reflects customer satisfaction at all levels.
